The roast on these is so deep and nutty I caught myself just sniffing the bag before baking. They crack and winnow cleanly, no dusty bits, and they hold their crunch perfectly in my brownies.

The roasting smells incredible the moment you open the bag, and the nibs have a deep, almost fruity aroma that I've never gotten from grocery store versions. They were cracked and winnowed to order, so everything is super fresh and crunchy.

These are the first nibs I've had that actually taste like the fruit of the cacao, not just bitter chocolate dust. The fact that they're cracked and winnowed to order really shows in the freshness and the clean, crunchy texture. I've been snacking on them straight out of the bag, they're that good.
