Rökta kanelmandlar | 70 % Colombia-dragéer — Tosier Chocolatemaker

The molasses and caramel come through first, then that whisky-like finish lingers long after the almond’s gone. The smoked cinnamon is subtle, not overpowering, which lets the chocolate’s complexity shine. I’ve already finished the bag and am already ordering another.

The smoked cinnamon hits right after the chocolate melts, and that molasses-whisky note from the 70% Colombia beans lingers nicely. These almonds disappeared way faster than I’d like to admit, but the crunch-to-shell ratio is spot on.

The smoked cinnamon hits right after the chocolate melts, and that caramel-whisky finish lingers longer than I expected. I ate half the bag in one sitting, no regrets.
