80% Hacienda Victoria Ecuador 2025 Thu hoạch 60g — Tosier Chocolatemaker

The creamy texture melts so smoothly that the earthy undertones really come through without any bitterness. This bar from the 2025 harvest tastes incredibly fresh, even better than some single-origin bars I’ve had that cost more.

The floral notes hit right away and linger into this creamy, earthy finish that feels way more refined than most single-origin bars I've tried. The 2025 harvest batch is noticeably fresher, and the 60g size is perfect for pacing myself.

This bar is dangerously smooth for a 74% cacao—the earthy undertone lingers just long enough before the floral side comes back. I’ve already ordered a second one, the 2025 harvest feels noticeably fresher than last year’s batch.
