The texture is incredibly smooth—it melts evenly on the tongue, and that nutty depth lingers nicely after each piece. I’ve tried a lot of single-origin bars, and this one’s fruitiness is subtle but present, not overpowering. Finishing the 60g in two sittings was too easy.
