The hand-cut texture is what got me—each piece feels like actual work went into it, not a machine stamp. That Piedmont hazelnut filling is dense and nutty, and it melted just slowly enough for me to savor it. Wish I’d ordered more before it’s gone.
I’ve tried a lot of pralines, but the texture on these hand-cut ones is on another level — gritty yet creamy, the hazelnut really shines through. They’re a bit crumbly when you bite in, which I actually love because it feels so fresh and homemade. Just wish the box was bigger, honestly.
You get a real sense of the craft from the irregular hand-cut squares, and the Piedmont hazelnut praline is deeply nutty without being overly sweet. I ate half the box in one sitting, which says everything about how good these are.
